Why can't I make a reservation
It's possible that recent bookings have filled all available spots. However, guests may cancel their bookings, so you can check the website at any time for availability. Last-minute openings often arise, so act quickly!
Are reservations required for Caffè Parabolica
We'd love to have you visit us. To ensure you have a spot, we highly recommend making a reservation. If you're feeling spontaneous, we do have limited seating available for walk-ins. It's worth a shot and we'd be happy to have you join us!
Can I order food from The Bakeshop
Unfortunately, the Bakeshop and Caffe are two stores. Why not try both stores separately? They both have great options!
Is our restaurant pet-friendly
We just wanted to let you know that unfortunately, we don't allow pets inside the caffè. But don't worry! The Repulse Bay is a pet-friendly area, so you're more than welcome to get some takeaway food and coffee at Bakeshop and enjoy it at the arcade with your furry friends.
How can I modify my reservation
You can cancel or change your dining reservation from your confirmation email or SMS.
Is there any parking discount available
Present your same-day receipt(s) from Caffè Parabolica or Bakeshop to enjoy the following parking privileges: 1 hour: $500 2 hours: $1,000 3 hours: $1,500 This offer is only limited to a maximum of 3 hours for each car per redemption per day.
How long is my table held for
If you have reserved a table, we will hold your table for up to 10 minutes before you arrive. Should the table become occupied upon your arrival; we will try our very best to find an alternative table as soon as we can. Please be advised that it may not be easy to do so, and we appreciate your understanding and patience while a new table is being allocated to you.
How long is my table available for
A time limit of 90 minutes applies to booking customers.
What is the maximum size table I can book
Our restaurant can accommodate tables of up to six people. However, we are still happy to welcome larger groups and will do our best to make arrangements that keep your party together in the same section of the restaurant. Please note that this may involve splitting your group across multiple tables. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to make your dining experience as enjoyable as possible!
